I was looking once in a newspaper published in the New York area ...and found an advertisement for a grower in New Jersey .... but, alas .... I lost the advertisement ...

Importing live plants is a regulated activity and requires phyto-sanitary certificates and other documentation.





Most of the tropical plants are available in the US itself. Try tee National Arboratum, Wash. DC for info.

They have fine flowering tropicals, orchids, anthuriums and other tropicals.
Reply:In India Bangalore is called the Garden City. Ofcourse lovely varieties of flowers are there in the Lalbagh Garden. I am sure you will be able to get the information from the officer in charge, Lalbagh Garden, Bangalore, India and obtain information about purchasing of flowering plants of your choice.
