Men's poll: When purchasing flowers do you give any thought to the COLOR?

I only go for natural colors, then decide on %26quot;bright%26quot; or not based on the occasion. So yes. (For Valentine%26#039;s day, you gotta go with red or something red-ish. Maaybe white. :)

Although my last girlfriend didn%26#039;t like flowers. Go figure.

Men%26#039;s poll: When purchasing flowers do you give any thought to the COLOR?
It is the most important in flowers, also the kind of flower have different symbolism. Usually red roses are always associated with love. If you love your mother, you give her white roses with red ones in the middle. For close friends usually white roses or other kinds of flowers. But for your love nothing beats the red roses.
Reply:definately
Reply:I go for yellow because of its warmth. Pink and red have become somewhat cliche
Reply:I do. I also consider the flower. I%26#039;ve dated several women who didn%26#039;t particularly care for roses, but adored daisies or something else.
Reply:yes,,of course i do ....
Reply:none whatsoever
Reply:Yes, I always do
Reply:Not so much. On the rare occasion I buy flowers for someone, I will pick an arrangement that features the kind of flowers the recipient likes. If I don%26#039;t know what kind of flowers she likes, then I%26#039;ll pick an arrangement that I like and assume she will too, because I have excellent taste.
Reply:Yes, I do. Red definitely means love/lust

Being from Texas, I used to always give yellow roses. Non-effective,lol, but good for someone in the hospital or something.

White roses are just for weddings I think

pink roses are what you give your mom.

but, I could be wrong.
Reply:I buy whatever color she tells me to buy.
Reply:%26quot;will she think these are pretty?%26quot;

that bout all we know about flowers.
Reply:I do, yes; red is usually equated with love, so I avoid that one like the plague. Yellow and white are good colours to pick.

Sometimes I%26#039;ll choose pink, if I want to send a mixed message. ;-)
