i am not a good gardener. i need some pretty flowers that would do well in the city with moderate sunlight. i hope they would last all summer. thanks for your help.
What are some good flowers to purchase for my spring patio?
Impatients are really cool and come in a variety of beautiful colors. I found a plant last year called %26quot;blue hawaii%26quot; that was the mot georgous color of blue. I was a novice until last year and thoroughly enjoyed my little garden of flowers and got plenty of compliments. This year I want to plant sunflowers against this wooden fence that borders my place.
Reply:Petunias are a nice flower to have. If you pinch off the dead blooms they will usually bloom all summer. Sultanas will also bloom all summer long, but they can%26#039;t have direct sunlight all day long.
Reply:when you visit the garden centre, you will see that all plants come with a guide that will tell you what light the plant needs. then you can make an informed decision. Petunias are always a good choice.
